If your child’s result on either a LFT or PCR test is positive you must notify us immediately at postbox@josephleckieacademy.co.uk forwarding is a copy of the email confirmation or screen capture of the text message.
To register consent/refusal for your child please click below to complete the electronic consent form. If your child is aged 16 or over, they can complete the form themselves.
