Grade 9, SCP 38 - 43. Actual salary: £38,223 - £43,241 (pay award pending)
37 hours per week, permanent contract all year round.

You will provide comprehensive site management support to the Academy by undertaking a range of tasks, including both manual and administrative tasks. This role presents an excellent opportunity for career progression, particularly for individuals aspiring to lead and manage large-scale projects and teams.

- Security/Health & Safety
- Project Management
- Budgets and Reporting
- Line Management of Estates Team
- Building and Premises Administration
- Sustainability Initiatives
- Proficient in ICT
- Collaborative Relationships
- Support and maintain collaborative relationships with staff and external professionals.
The successful candidate must be qualified to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or Level 4/5 and have proven experience in an estates management role.
