You will assist in providing comprehensive support, working with students on a one to one basis, in small group as well as classroom support within the Maths Faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff, to undertake work, care and support programmes, to enable access to learning for students.
• Assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom.
• Work with students may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
• Working cohesively with the relevant staff to ensure swift and effective action in relation to a student’s support needs.
• Proficient in ICT
• Support and maintain collaborative relationships with staff and external professionals.

The successful candidate must be qualified to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or Level 4/5 and have a proven experience in a Teaching Assistant role.
