This means that at Joseph Leckie Academy:

• 52 % of students gained pass grades in both new GCSE qualifications in English and Maths allowing them to progress directly to A Level study, this is a 6% increase on last year.

• 63% of students gain a pass in new Maths qualifications

• 63% of students gain a pass in new English qualifications

• 43% of students entered gain a full EBAC qualification.

For all of the headlines above there has been a significant improvement on last year's results.

I am really pleased that our students' hard work and perseverance has resulted in such good results which show significant improvements on the previous year's. The students have worked very hard and have worked well with our dedicated and talented teachers and associate staff.
These results are a solid platform for our students to go on to Level 3 courses."
